What we collect

What you give us: your name, phone number, ZIP code, the service you're interested in, your vehicle, and whether you agree to receive texts. If you call or text us, we also have your phone number and anything you tell us, such as your address for an appointment.
What's collected automatically: if you arrive from a Google ad, the ad's click ID and cookies that Google Ads uses to measure which ads bring customers. Your IP address is used briefly to block spam and is not kept with your request.

How we use it

To respond to your request, give you a quote, and schedule and complete your service.
To text you about your request, only if you agreed to receive texts.
To measure which of our ads bring in customers.
To prevent spam and abuse.

Who we share it with

The detailer who does your job: your name, phone number, address and vehicle, so they can complete the service.
Service providers that help us run the business: our website host, our email and notification services, and Google Ads. They use the information only to provide those services to us.
When the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it to serve you and to keep normal business records, then delete it.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text from us to stop receiving texts.
Call us at (623) 200-7410 to ask what information we have about you, or to have it corrected or deleted.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad personalization in your Google account.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
